# TAO Labs

> TAO Labs builds and maintains websites for independent shops and small businesses in the canton of Geneva, Switzerland: restaurants, cafés, hair and beauty salons, workshops, boutiques. Subscription from CHF 59 per month, no set-up fee, nothing to pay before the owner has seen and approved the site. The owner keeps the domain name and the content.

TAO Labs is the trade name of Alexis Zanini, sole proprietorship, Geneva. Contact: +41 78 309 12 00 (Monday to Friday, 1 pm to 6 pm, Swiss time), alexis@taolabs.ch. Area served: canton of Geneva only. The website is available in French and English. Change requests from existing clients: tao@taolabs.ch.

## Plans (prices in CHF, no VAT: TAO Labs is not VAT-registered)

- Essentiel: CHF 59 per month billed monthly, or CHF 590 per year. Mobile-friendly site, domain name registered in the client's name, HTTPS hosting, one contact e-mail address on the domain forwarded to the existing mailbox, structured data, robots.txt and llms.txt, sitemap and Google Search Console, legal notice and privacy policy, a button to the client's booking or ordering tool (and a printable menu QR code for restaurants), the Google Business Profile linked to the site, an annual traffic summary, up to 4 change requests per month handled within 2 working days (CHF 15 per extra request).
- Visibilité: CHF 99 per month or CHF 990 per year. Everything in Essentiel, plus the site in French and English, the Google Business Profile kept up to date with one post per month and Geneva public holiday hours, a reply to every Google review, a review stand for the counter, the business information kept up to date on Apple Maps, Bing, local.ch, search.ch, OpenStreetMap and Facebook (plus Tripadvisor and TheFork for restaurants), a monthly report (traffic, calls, reviews, what search assistants say about the business), and change requests without a numerical limit within reasonable use handled within 1 working day.
- One-off options: extra page CHF 45, additional review stand CHF 39, photo session at the business CHF 149, printed stickers and QR codes CHF 10 to 30 on quote.

## Terms

- No set-up fee. The first invoice is sent when the client approves the site; the site goes live the working day after payment.
- 30-day satisfaction guarantee after going live: cancel by e-mail, full refund.
- 12-month term from going live, then renewed yearly; cancel by e-mail at least one month before the end of the term.
- Not included (quoted separately): redesign, online shop, booking system, forms, translation with Essentiel, long-form writing.
- No ranking in search engines or mention by search assistants is guaranteed.
