From the first meeting to launch, and beyond.
If we have visited you
We prepared a website proposal in your name before meeting you, using information already public about your business. It is a preview accessible by its link and marked not to be indexed by search engines.
You review it, tell us what is missing or needs changing, and we make the corrections.
How we found you. In Geneva's public business register, then through public information about your business (Google listing, public pages). An email or a word is enough to stop us contacting you, and we respect that.
If you contact us
- A 15-minute appointment at your business.
- A first version of your website within 7 days of receiving your information.
What you provide
Your name, address, opening hours, menu or prices, your logo if you have one, and photos. If you don't have photos, we can take them during our meeting with your permission.
You check everything before approving it. You remain responsible for content published at your request, particularly prices and allergen information.
Approval and payment
You approve in writing (an email is enough) and receive the first invoice. Once you pay, we register the domain in your name, and your website goes live the next working day.
Afterwards
Email us when something changes: a price, opening hours or a closure. Requests are handled within 2 working days with Essentiel or 1 working day with Visibilité.
Every version of your website is saved, so we can restore an earlier version at any time.
If you stop
- Within 30 days of launch: an email gets you a full refund.
- After that: email at least one month before the end of the annual term.
- On request within 30 days of the contract ending, we provide your website files and the access needed to transfer your domain. You may use your pages elsewhere indefinitely.
