You pay nothing until you approve it. After launch, you have 30 days to change your mind: an email, with no reason needed, gets you a full refund.

You do. The domain is registered in your name. Your text, photos and logo remain yours. You may use your website's pages elsewhere, indefinitely, including with another provider.

The commitment lasts 12 months from launch and then renews yearly. To cancel, email us at least one month before the end of the term. On request within 30 days of the contract ending, we provide your website files and the access needed to transfer your domain.

Our team prepares your website with design and checking tools, language models (LLMs) and TAO, our agentic system that coordinates repetitive tasks. We talk with you, check the text against your information and approve every publication. Personal contact details contained in your messages are not sent to language models (LLMs).

If we have visited you, your proposal is already ready. Otherwise, a first version arrives within 7 days of receiving your information. Once you approve your website and pay the first invoice, it goes live the next working day.

Because our tools handle repetitive work (layout, checks and publishing), we build on what businesses in your trade have in common instead of designing everything from scratch, and hosting costs us very little. Our time goes into meeting you, reviewing and approving the work.

Your name, address, opening hours, menu or prices, your logo if you have one, and photos. Or we can take photos during our meeting with your permission. You check everything before approving it.

They are useful, and your website links to them. But they belong to those platforms, which decide what to show. Your website is yours: your full hours, prices and menu, at your own domain, written so that Google and search assistants can read them. With Visibilité, we also keep your Google Business Profile up to date, reply to your reviews, and keep your information accurate on Apple Maps, Bing, local.ch and search.ch.

Email tao@taolabs.ch, any day of the week, from the address on your order form. Requests are handled within 2 working days with Essentiel or 1 working day with Visibilité. For your security, changes to phone numbers, ordering links or legal information are confirmed by phone before publication.

We use it to build your website and fulfil our contract, nothing else. Your website is hosted by Cloudflare, a participant in the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. It uses no cookies, audience analytics or advertising; only the Google map, if a visitor chooses to load it, may set cookies. See our privacy policy.

By QR invoice, due within 30 days. Choose annual billing (two months free) or monthly billing in advance. The first invoice is sent when you approve your website, never before. No VAT: TAO Labs is not VAT-registered.
