Change requests
Email tao@taolabs.ch, any day of the week, from the address given on your order form.
A request covers existing content: text, a price, a menu item, opening hours, a photo, a link or an announcement (closure, promotion, event).
For your security, requests from another address are not carried out. Changes to phone numbers, ordering links or legal information are confirmed by phone before publication.
Your reviews
With Visibilité, we reply to your Google reviews on your behalf within 2 working days, in the tone you choose. A reply to a review of three stars or fewer is only published with your approval. The stand invites all of your customers, with nothing offered in return: that is Google's rule.
Options
- An extra page: CHF 45.
- An additional review stand: CHF 39.
- A photo session at your business, 45 minutes, editing included: CHF 149.
- Printed stickers and QR codes (tables, menus, window): quoted in advance, CHF 10 to 30.
Invoiced once, by QR invoice.
What's not included
A redesign, new feature (online shop, booking system, form), translation with Essentiel, or long-form writing. We quote before starting. With Essentiel, each request beyond 4 per month costs CHF 15.
Payment
- Nothing to pay before you have seen and approved your website. The first invoice is sent on approval.
- Your domain is registered as soon as you pay, and your website goes live the next working day.
- Annual: the annual amount is invoiced on approval, then on each anniversary of launch. Monthly: billed each month in advance.
- QR invoices, due within 30 days. No VAT: TAO Labs is not VAT-registered.
Guarantee and term
- 30 days to change your mind after launch: one email, no reason needed, and a full refund. The website is then taken down.
- 12 months from launch, then renewed yearly. To cancel, email at least one month before the end of the term.
- Price changes are announced at least two months before renewal, and you may cancel at that point.
