Yes: most customers search online, then buy in store. Your website tells them you are open, what they will find and how to get there. There is no stock to keep up to date and no parcels to send.
No. The website presents your ranges and brands, which change little, with a few photos. For a new arrival or a season, one email is enough; with Visibilité, we also post an update a month on your Google Business Profile.
You write to us and it is corrected within 2 working days, or 1 with Visibilité. With Visibilité, we also ask for your hours before each Geneva public holiday, then update them on the website, Google, Apple Maps and the directories.
Yes: your number and WhatsApp are on every page, and can be called in one tap from a phone. If you already use an ordering or click-and-collect tool, the website links to it.
That is where it matters most. The big chains are everywhere online; a neighbourhood shop that is absent does not exist for someone looking for a florist in Plainpalais or a delicatessen in Carouge. A clear website in your name gives Google and search assistants something to show, though nobody can guarantee a ranking.
